Quran 94: Ash-Sharh (Al-Insyirah) With Each Difficulty There Will Be Ease

Stressed-out these days? Repeat this short surah Ash-Sharh (meaning: solace/ comfort) 70 times over everyday, and you will began to understand the reality of every hardship in life, while gaining some sort of spiritual relief as well in the process.

Sunshine After Rain

Facing difficulties? Endure it. With Allah sufficient enough as your only source of strength. In the end, there will be ease.

Allah is indeed the source of comfort and remover of obstacles. Hence when there is sorrow, "surely with each difficulty there will be ease". This comforting point is repeated twice, in line number 5 and 6. It is expected for all of us to work diligently (hard-work/ honest), even when it grows simple again, working for and in the name of Allah.

Sahih International Translation: Ash-Sharh

94:1 Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?
94:2 And We removed from you your burden.
94:3 Which had weighed upon your back.
94:4 And raised high for you your repute.
94:5 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
94:6 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
94:7 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
94:8 And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

Play the repeating beautiful recitation video of Surah Ash-Sharh below. Begin by hearing it. Then pick up the words, words by words by yourself until you probably able to memorize it. This is somehow a very calming surah in the Quran.
