Penang old Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak or KomTAR building apparently has been refurbished. No more outdated old bazaar retail space, now famously known because of The Top; Penang first and largest indoor attractions. Only World Group has added three more stories on top of the old Komtar, now with 68 storey new height, Komtar has turned into a cool place to visit.
The Top Komtar Penang is currently the highest man-made attraction in northern Malaysia. The entrance ticket is quite steep in price, but it consist of a whole package of 10 attractions. The most famous is Rainbow SkyWalk, a glass panel viewing deck attached outward at the rooftop of Komtar Penang building, suitable for sightseeing, selfies and memorable photography.
