RIR is done by constructing real-estate properties like residential landed houses and apartments, or commercial building on land endowed or co-jointly owned by federal, states, governmental bodies etc. Under RIR, 60% of residential houses priced at maximum RM250K, other 40% at maximum RM350K, and commercial lot at maximum RM1million each.
