There is Menara Prudential already stand at TRX's main pedestrian gateway from the Bukit Bintang area. The latest addition to Kuala Lumpur skyline, Menara Prudential is a 27-storey green certified building, will be the new Prudential Malaysia Headquarters. Will be opened in early 2019 serving all of Prudential's life insurance and asset management businesses in Malaysia.
TRX The Exchange 106 is expected to be completed in June 2018. As for now, passerby maybe can spot the lit-up on the Exchange 106. LED pieces are currently being installed on the exterior facades of this 106-storey supertall.
RM8 billion TRX Lifestyle Quarter, will comprise a 2.2 million sq ft of shopping mall with more than 500 shops, six TRX Residences with 1800 residential units and a luxury hotel.
The construction of CBD Loop, will provide TRX with direct access to Maju Expressway MEX & Smart Tunnel SMART.
