Here is the first MH370 preliminary report about the SAR and what is happening, released officially by Malaysia authority. Nothing particular on this report except that it shows 4 hour 'blank' gap between the vanished aircraft and SAR alert. Probably the people at KLIA does not know what to do/ react during the initial of four hours as this is the first of its kind (missing large commercial aircraft) happening in Malaysia.
